This Cookbook is Full of Bull

I found the Collegiate Cookbook USF Gameday Edition via Facebook. One of my former classmates wrote and photographed this awesome cookbook with her husband and I'm spreading the news to any Bull who will listen to buy this book. I bought it last week and it is filled with dozens of fun recipes for your entree, your drink, your dessert and there is even a section in there for those early games that call for breakfast at your tailgate party. I highly recommend this eBook! Love it!!!

Want a copy for yourself? Get the Kindle edition eBook for just $4.99 HERE.

Tailgate Games- Beer Pong

#BeerPong #Tailgating

Ever wondered exactly how to play beer pong? I found what I consider to be the most easy to understand directions HERE. They even have pictures that explain it step by step! Personally I'm more of a rum or vodka drinker myself so I'd probably take a shot of one of those and let someone else drink the beer for me when the time comes. I also found this nifty Beer Pong Party Pack Pong Star Beer Pong Kit! Check it out HERE! It has instructions, cups, balls and everything but the beer!

Fan Craft Idea- USF Bulls Light Switch Plate

USF Bulls Light Switch Plate

Out of sheer boredom I decided to mod podge some USF Bulls stickers onto my light switch plate in my bathroom. My entire bathroom is Full of Bull so I figured it would be a fun addition to the room. All I did was head to Wal-Mart and purchase a $0.37 light switch plate and then it was time to get to work. I already had some scrapbook USF Bulls stickers from Jo-Ann's Fabric Store, green cardstock paper and the mod podge so all I had to do was cut and paste. Above is the final product. It's not perfect, but it's helping my bathroom be Full of Bull in every spot!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks

How frikkin' yummy would these be for a tailgate party?!? Omg! They look so yummy and so cheesy and so buffaloey!!! The photo above and the recipe below are from Inspired Taste.

Serves: 6

Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz) roll Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust (Substitute 12 ounces of refrigerated pizza dough)
-  1 cup (237 ml) buffalo wing sauce (look for “wing sauce” not “hot sauce”)-
- 2 cups (210 grams) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup (60 grams) shredded cheddar cheese
-  1 cup (60 grams) shredded mozzarella cheese
-  2 green onions, thinly sliced

Method
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Then, spray a baking sheet (with sides) with cooking spray.
- Form pizza dough into a 15-inch by 10-inch rectangle (this doesn’t have to be exact, just close). Place dough onto baking sheet then bake for 8 minutes.
- While the pizza crust bakes, add buffalo wing sauce and shredded chicken to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken over the baked pizza crust then scatter the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and half of the sliced green onions on top.

Tailgate Recipes- Football Pizza

football pizza
Today's tailgate recipe and image is from Pillsbury. This delicious looking meal is perfect for a Bulls Game!

Ingredients:
-1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
-2 teaspoons olive oil
-1/2 cup pizza sauce
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
-1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
-2 packages (3 oz each) sliced pepperoni
-1 stick (1 oz) string cheese

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press out dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Brush dough with olive oil; bake 7 minutes.
2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; top with mozzarella cheese and parsley. Arrange pepperoni in football shape on center of pizza (see photo). Cut string cheese lengthwise into 4 strips (save 2 for another use). To make football laces, place 1 strip horizontally on center of football. Cut remaining strip into 5 pieces; arrange vertically on top of horizontal strip.
3. Bake 10 to 13 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows, making 16 pieces.
